FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
1. Can I order items for local delivery that are not listed in the online "butcher shop"?
Currently, we are limiting local delivery items to those listed in the "butcher shop". We are expanding the product list on a regualr basis so keep checking the website.
2. Why can't I get my items fresh instead of frozen?
Product quality and safety are important to us. We want to make sure your product stays cold during warm weather deliveries. In the future, we may explore fresh product local deliveries to customers that are home during the day.
3. Is it possible to get the same items delivered each time without having to order?
We do offer a "standing order" option. Simply fill out the "special instruction" area during the checkout process requesting a standing order. We replicate that order for every scheduled delivery until you contact us to change or cancel it.
4. Does my local delivery count towards Main Street Meat reward points?
All online product purchases accumulate reward points the same as they would in our retail store. You must be a registered online customer and/or an existing rewards member.
5. I live locally but not in one of your delivery zones, can I still get on the routed delivery?
Send us a request with your name, address, phone, and email so that we can consider your area.
6. Are the online and retail store prices the same?
Our online store prices are almost identical to the retail store. Any variation is normally due to how the product is packaged for the online store.
7. Can I use Main Street Meat coupons to make online purchases?
We distribute many coupons that are redeemed at our retail store when customers make purchases. These coupons may also be used for online sales. However, coupons must display a printed code, in order to be redeemed online. If the code is not on coupon, it may only be used in the retail store.
8. How do I redeem a coupon online?
During checkout, you will find a box to enter a "coupon code". Simply enter the code from the coupon and the promotion will be reflected in your transaction.
9. My product delivery was different than what I ordered.

10. Can I use my Main Street Meat gift certificate for online purchases?
Currently, gift certificates may only be redeemed at our retail location. An online gift certificate will be available in the near future.
